The far left one is a ball-end Old-Type I believe.

    Nice score.

OOOps. A mistake on my part. What I bought was the Fraser's Mosswood shave cream.

    ....sorry for the false alarm.

Mind you, a mosswood soap would be rather nice....

    One can always hope.

Is that the one that doesn't hold a modern DE razor blade properly?

It was made for a slightly diffrent kind of blade, but it can be used with modern blades. It's a rather agressive razor imho.

Very nice! I bought a Shavemac from Vintage Blades and do not regret it a bit. You'll love that brush!

here are some pics of a few acquisitions I have mentioned lately ... C&E Nomad, a minty Khaki (but missing the blade case), a few TVs and a '57 Flare Tip in a case. Not sure if it is the right case or even the right blades, but I like it nonetheless.

I'm still paying on this. She's worth it though. So expect to see some razors on the BST.

Nice score on the Single Ring bythbook. I have one from that period, early '05? Mine's a bit ugly, but shaves gently.
Nice work. I got engaged (after 5 years, back in May of 2004) and got married last August. Don't worry, it is not a plunge, but the beginning of a new life as an adult. You will feel a little different the next day...no matter how much you tell yourself you don't.
    Congrats!

    Default Scents!

I picked up a 3 oz bottle of Arden Sandalwood EDC and a 1oz bottle of Grey Flannel EDT.

I just used the SAndalwood after a 5 km run / shower...I think I recognize the scent from when I was a kid... maybe a teacher who used it

Tomorrow I'll give it another go...
