Otto roth new, case, tin...should i buy?

Just went to local Antique store and they have a Gold Otto Roth NEW open comb razor, with blade tin and filigreed metal case. Seller was asking $50. He will go down to $35. Set is in very good condition but the thick handle feels so lightweight. From the little I've gleened here, it is possibly copper. Anyway, anyone own or have experience with this razor and is it worth $35?. I need to get back to the seller ASAP. I need gents help quick.
