Default Dr Who - Easter Special

    Hi Guys

Anybody watch the Dr Who Easter Special? If so what did you think? I thought it was very good and Michelle Ryan looked fit in black. Shame she isn't going to stay as the Doc'c assistant!!

Yeah, I enjoyed it. Not sure as to why it was billed as a 'Special' though.

I thought the ending left it a bit open for Michelle Ryan to reappear either in Dr Who or one of the spin-offs. This Doctor does seem to go through his assistants at a fair old rate thhough

I reckon she'll be back in time for the next Doctor. Impressed by the leather gear. Brought back memories of Diana Rigg in the Avengers all those years ago!

Where can I get a flying Routemaster from? Would be great in traffic...

I love the show but haven't been seeing it for awhile. Who is your favourite Who? I started with Tom Baker, and I prefer him so far.

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed in the special. The plot was a bit weak, Ryan (while she looks great) is not a very good actress, and the monster was forgettable. All of that being said, it was entertaining, but the fact that it was a special and not just another episode in the middle of a season left me disappointed.

Default Your Song is Nearly Over

I thought the Easter Special was excellent! Especially so after the Xmas show, which was totally limp.
Such a shame that Tennant is bowing out. Nearly his last - as Carmen foresaw at the end of this one - "Your song is nearly over. He will knock four times".
    Alone and unreal.

This year will have 5 specials with Tennet. Easter being the first one. From what I understand it is Tennet's compromise as opposed to just jumping out to the rest of his career while the new guy is groomed for the role. Makes that knocking 4 times line a bit obvious though does it not?
