I am staying in Saratoga Springs, New York until next month and was browsing town with my wife today when I found this old fashion drug store called Menges & Curtis on Broadway(route 50). They have been in business since 1860 and sell some shave products. They have Proraso green soap and shave cream, several different brushes which feel like pure badger and a Mach 3 set on a stand including a badger brush. They also had a Trac11 setup with a brush. I asked them if they have DE razors but they said not at this time indicating to me they are hard to get? The lady mentioned several guys have been asking about straights but couldn't help them. However, they do have a strop hanging up towards the rear of the store. All in all it was interesting. My wife did pick up a travel kit with some hand cream,etc and I bought a "Sky Bar". You older guys will know what I am talking about. At least I finally found a place that had some wet shaving gear

I thought the original from years ago didn't have peanut butter in it but this one did. It seems the candy cos put peanut butter in almost everything
