I just saw one end on eBay for $112 in great condition in a very good condition case. I bid at it but it skyrocketed in the last few minutes on me! Good luck in your search, they are a very interesting and rare tool.

ive been watching the bay like a hawk for one, maybe my search for a cased fat boy will pan out instead

Lately they've been on the Bay quite a bit. If you are looking for a shaver, set a price in your mind and don't exceed it. I saw one about two weeks ago, that was missing the plating on the head and sold for $36, great shaver, not at all collectible.
