Barber Chair

I found this at an antique shop in Indianapolis and thought it was awesome. I just wish I could afford it. They are asking $895 for it. What AD does this fit into?

Imagine being a barber and trying to get the hair out of that velvet all the time. Ewwwww. Otherwise, a sweet find. Offer them $100 on the "impossible to get the hair out so it's probably all filled up with decaying hobo hair from the 1700's" argument and see what they do.

Probably tell me a story that John Dillinger, or who ever, used that chair and it is worth twice that. :lol:
