Discussion thread for L'Occitane Cade Shaving Soap

There was no discussion thread for Jeff’s review of L’Occitane Cade Shaving Soap, so I create one.

I have nothing to add to what has already been said about this fantastic soap. However, I have to say there’s a good reason why most shaving bowls are made out of wood: they don’t rust.

Love the Cade soap. Still don't care for the cream.
Not sure what the dish is made of, thought it was pewter...
If it lasted forever, you would never buy another....right?

It doesn’t last forever and I won’t buy another one. A nice vitro-porcelain bowl will be perfect.
