Default Fraudulent Ebay Listing? Fake Gillette Atra's?

I suspect this Ebay seller is selling Gillette Vectors as Atra's and severely marking up the price: item# 170316635118

The razors on that site look suspiciously like this Vector: 260386206117

It looks like they took the black casing and razors out of these type of packages (which come with two blades as well)

and then claim that the original packaging is not included because it's "bent and torn". I'm not familiar with original Atra's so I can't say for sure. Anybody else?

Could be. Though I don't know anything about those foreign cartridge razors.

It looks like you are correct but they are offering 2 razors with 6 blades. The one from Hong kong shows only 2 blades in the dispenser. How are they packing the extra blade?? This should be reported to eBay. Basically the Astra and Vector are the same razor made by Gillette one for the US market the other for Europe and Far East.

    From the feedback:

"received product as advertised. A bit pricey, but I wanted the Atra name."

It just goes to show you that some people really don't care how badly they're gipped.

Yes, these are .99 cent Chinese Vectors, and the seller is making a killing in markup. I don't know what the deal is, I've ordered from them before and they were always stand-up sellers, so I don't know why they would turn rogue as they have.

Here are the razors that that feedback references:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=170311563246

looks like these razors are a bargain in comparison.

Glad I still have my original metal Atra Handle.

How can they state "a bit pricey" in the feedback when they are the ones who chose to buy it at that price?

+1. And why would the final price be part of the feedback?

Two blades plus the blade attached the razor.

Actually, on seeing the picture in auction for the legitimate Atra's, I didn't realize Vectors and Atra's really are the same razor. I thought Atra's were all metal. Not such a big deal then, but still.
