FS: Kent BK12

For sale is a Kent BK12. Very nice regal sized brush.

Brush was purchased NIB from B&B BST forum and has only been used twice now. Blooms a solid 4 inches across. It is EXTREMELY soft and luxurious, and I would keep it but I need to fund a knife purchase, so I'll list this once more.

Seems that my previous asking price was a bit high, as I discovered that the Kent BK12 can be found for approx $130 + shipping at an online retailer. Since this is so, I am reducing the price from $150 to $110 Shipped & paypalled for this super soft brush.

Brush comes with the red velvety box that is oh so nice. Prolly the nicest brush box around. Really makes you feel special for buying a Kent brush.

Here are some pics of the Kent BK12 next to my Chubby #3 for comparison.
**NOTE that although the brush handle says "Pure Badger", the hair is actually Silvertip of the hightst quality. Kent labels all of their brushes as Pure Badger, as they focus most of their craftsmanship on quality, rather than advertising. The hair is EXTREMELY SOFT, softer than most high end brushes. Not at all a "Pure Badger" scritchy brush.

Thanks to a tip from BullDawg, I realized that the brush says "Pure Badger". The hair is not actually "Pure Badger" quality, as Kent labels all of their brushes with a Pure Badger label, although the hair is actually High-Grade Silvertip, Best or Pure Badger. They simply label every brush as Pure Badger, maybe out of convenience, so dont let the term Pure Badger deter you from this high quality brush thinking it is going to be scritchy like true pure badger brushes.

If you still are concerned, then check out the Kent website, and zoom in on the Silvertip, Best and Pure brushes and you will see that they are all labeled Pure Badger.

Hope this clears up any questions as to the quality of this brush.

This really must go today. I will toss into the deal a puck of Floris JF shave soap, Boots Freshwood A/S and some Old Spice. Thats a good 30-40 bucks in added bonus.
