A wade & butcher hollow ground(very wedgy) that only has rust on the edge, an odd point, and a couple of chips in the blade. about 7/8, with blonde broken scales, and what i assume to be pewter inlay.
    Also a barbers hone.

the hone was 11, the w&b half that!

on my phone on the train, will post pics soon

this one is going to get modded a bit.

Any ideas on the hone? I played with it on the way home, put a nice edge on the W&B

Oh, and this dealie-bob. It is a carousel that was used like at a post office or something to hold rubber stamps. I'm figurin' that I could line the inside of all the spring clamps with leather or felt or some such thing to keep the handles from getting scratched up and whatnot.
    Very nice haul Bill.

You could use the loop side of adhesive velcro. It's soft, readily available, and already has the glue on the back.

I am Canadian as well! But i'll try not to encroach on your bids.
I think that they would make an awesome collectors item.

I searched ebay but couldn't find any.
If you come across some that you aren't interested in would you drop me a line?

In the end that might not save that much, but what about scanning them and placing them in the Wiki for all to enjoy? It would definitely be a labor of love, but everyone would appreciate it.

Wow, that is an incredible amount of old-school razor porn! AND it's history! Those would look on on a shelf I've got...

The sample pictures you posted are really great. I wonder if the Google book project would be a good place for these, and, if it is, I wonder how you'd go about getting them included?

    Default Two New Acquisitions

Sorry, no pictures. Returned from a few days away day and found two new arrivals: A Big Fellow Set, plus An Aristocrat #19 Set.

Here are my recent acquisitions. A Merkur Futur and some Proraso pre/post creme and shave cream.
Interesting note(Or maybe not so interesting): Imported from Italy because there is not a lick of English found anywhere on the containers or boxes they came in.
