    Default 9 Days In

    I got my Merkur 38 C in the mail on the 20th and started using it on the 21st.

    It's been great so far - thanks to this board and the Mantic videos. Plus the suggestions for Witchhazel and Aqua Velva.

    I shave my head as well, and noticed today how utterly cheap the M3 felt in my hand after a full week of using the DE exclusively. I only shave my head once a week, so that's why it had been a while.

    I think every DE shave has been a DFS. To keep this in perspective I'm not the guy who can grow a 5 o'clock shadow by noon or even by noon the next day. When I get a close DE shave I haven't shaved the following day - since I really don't have much to shave.

    Anyway thanks to all of you for helping me make the switch.

    Yes holding a real rasor is great! I'm also really digging using the brush and soaps.
