    Ayup Bill,

Yeah, just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in!

And I see you've moved on to straights now.

    Nice.

Wow Mordecai, that's a nice haul. Here are my A/S acquisitions for the past three weeks (I just got my camera back, so I can finally take decent pictures) as well as my first Livi, which I also posted on the SR forum.

I stumbled upon a Gillette Super Blue razor and blades while traveling in China.

Also found a Rhino brand razor and some unknown blades, but haven't tried them yet.

Nice razor! You should also love the Penhaligon's BB cream. It works and smells great.

Just came today, courtesy of the USPS:
    1948-50 Gillette Super Speed (eBay)
1955 standard Super Speed (from B&B's own scottydoint)
1961 Gillette Adjustable (from BI's sales board)

None are museum quality (no original boxes, etc), but they are all in excellent condition and will make great every day shavers. Now, I just need to figure out which one to use first. The wife's going to freak out when she sees all of these sitting next to my Merk...

It weighs in at a hefty 91g, compared to the AIC's 32g.

I'd say it was a very well spent $12 , nice score of an extremely popular brand

    TOBS Rose
    Musgo Real
    C&E Pure Badger Brush
    Merkur 1906 Razor
    Gold Ball-end Tech

I also won a superspeed and what I think is a fatboy, but couldn't tell from the picture, on eBay last night for $10. The picture quality wasn't too good but I'm hoping I can clean the razors up a bit.

    Today's haul from Shaving Essentials.

J.M. Fraser's Oriental Spice Shaving Cream
Proraso Green Tea and Aloe Shaving Soap
    Proraso Pre/Post
    Speick Aftershave Splash
Wesley and Scott Clove and Peppermint Shaving Cream (Oh man this smells good, even better than the aftershave balm)
Ogallala Bay Rum, Limes, and Peppercorns Shaving Soap
Ogallala Bay Rum, Sage, and Cedar Shaving Soap

    Free Samples
    Pre de Provence Shaving Soap
Provence Sante Green Tea Shaving Cream
Taylor of Old Bond St. Jermyn St. Shaving Cream
Ogallala Bay Rum and Sandalwood Aftershave

And of course, the personalized, handwritten thank you note from John. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences ordering from John, and I've also gotten a chance to try some products I probably wouldn't have without his free samples.
