    I was excited about this one, until I read the description. Cracks and plating loss, no big deal.

    What is the deal with the tape? Will it still screw down properly? The seller mentions a split but doesn't show it. Hmm.. Other than those two things I think it was a pretty decent score.

    he said the threads were stripped. i can just replace the top in 2 seconds. th split is in the pictures but its not all that big.

    ive never seen one with that date code before.

    I was watching it, not in hopes of buying it, but just to see what it sold for. I think it went for about $90.
