I don't have much, but I did just buy my first bottle of cologne in 6-7 years AND a new 50mm f1.4 lens to play with.

    Default New Here

Stumbled upon this site a few weeks ago. Just recently got in my straight from whippeddog and my EJ DE89 and have probably shaved about five times. Love it so far. Went out to an antique store today and picked up 4 gillettes and a gem micromatic. RAD is already kicking in. Here is my humble den.

I found the dates of the other gillettes but I was wondering if anyone had a guess as to what the all black plastic handled gillette is. It doesn't have a date code on it, but with the plastic handle im assuming its relatively newer. If anyone could give a guess that would be great

Welcome to my humble den. I've been DE shaving for 3 weeks so it's still expanding. So much for saving money..
If the picture seems very sterile it's just because it is :) I Like to keep it simple. And the pic's taken with a mob.phone, so bare with me:

Well, since I just (2 weeks) switched from cartridge razor and shaving foam out of a can to a DE razor and self-prepared lather, my den is everything else but a den.

Just a bowl, a razor, a brush, shaving soap and after shave.

But atm that is all I need. :D

I really envy your "that's all I need" attitude. When I started DE-shaving a few weeks ago I intended to keep it low-budget but got carried away.. Byebye $$$, Hello gear..
