Unfortunately I haven't found the Creme. Everywhere I have looked only stocks the shave cream, face wash and scrub. And I don't understand how anyone could use that scrub on their FACE... I think taking a scouring brush to my face would be kinder. The walnut shell in that stuff is like shards of glass...

LOL. Yeah, I know what you mean about that 80-grit face scrub. I used it myself for a while. It's not to be used carelessly. One can go from "exfoliation" straight to "motorcycle-accident-road-rash-face" rather easily with it.

Once upon a time, they stocked the Face Creme alongside the Shave Gel at my local Woolies - but no longer. Now I have to order it from the Gaia website. It's a bummer, because the shipping is almost as much as a tube of the creme...
    So it goes.

    haha! thanks!

Yes it is a cheap bit of pine that I drilled holes into then took off the rest with a mitre saw. If you look close you can see I jammed it in, taking the paint off the cabinet, decided i didn't need brackets, then called it a day! Yay for laziness! Good luck to the person that has to get it out...

    Default My Apothecary

I keep this in the corridor just outside my bathroom to avoid condensation build up on my soaps and blades.
I keep my brushes on the top shelf to avoid keeping them behind closed doors.
    Its usually not this tidy.

Good stuff Jack, and I see you're a fan of Special Reserve...wore some today myself, and I like how you store your straights, seriously!

i'd post a pic of my make shift shave den (1/2 bath lav w/no shelving) but the software to post pics is not available to me...guess the site is still having software issues

    NICE!

Really like the clock. I recently add a clock to my den also; nothing as nice as yours.....just a little analog stuck to the mirror so I can get to work on time.

I'm proud of my new shelf. I got it at the flea market for $5 and moved all my shaving stuff to the guest bathroom. My den desperately needed an upgrade anyway. Now I have a little space of my own. ...And check out the custom razor stand in the bottom right! I'm proud of that too.

    Oh yeah--nice den!

    cheers!
