    Original post:

(Not sure if this is the place for this, but here goes...)

Like any other message board, newsgroup, of forum on the Internet, there is a lot of use of acronyms that are unique to the groups. Trouble is, they are never explained. The result is that I'm left to guess what is being said and sometimes the message looses part of it's meaning.

Thanks for the offer, I'll remember what they are when I come across them again.

On reflection of my previous post, I'm not trying to gripe, just trying to understand what is being said.

Don't forget a Snurdle...the unit of measure which equates to 16 gazootikens. Used in reference to an amount of shaving cream to use. Not to be confused with an almond sized dollop.

Great list, took a little while to pick up on all of them myself. This should help speed up a newbies transition into being a veteran of the B&B boards.
