I experienced the same thing. Sent him an email, no response. Hope all is ok with him (family, health, etc.)

Yep, I sent him an email some days ago without response either...

Anyway, last month he told me that he's going to change his website and move his shop, so I think he's busy with those things (I hope...)

Protected species are likely protected for a reason and countries who lack the policies needed to protect them should not be exploited. Your quote may be offensive to those of us who work in customs.

Bob is a highly regarded artisan who would not stoop to using illegal wood. I appreciate your working in customs, but this is a matter best handled in a PM to Bob if you have questions regarding the legality of his works.

Sent him a couple of emails about a custom razor stand, never got back to me. Good to see he's alive and well though, just busy.

I have a couple emails to him, but nothing back yet. You would think if someone hacked it, everyone whoever sent him an email would get junk mail as well.
Maybe is was just a fluke. Are you sure you entered his email correctly? Just a thought.
