Default Bob's Razor Works- New Items

Here at Bob's Razor Works we're always trying to come up with new ideas while perfecting the old ones.
I've come up with a Barber Pole handle with an exotic wooden knob.
I have this Black and White Ebony available on my site.
I've also come up with a technique to duplicate the crisscross barber pole knurling Gillette used on razors like the bull dog.
I'll have some of those available shortly with and without wooden tips.

I've got a custom set on the way from Bob, if it looks 1/10 as nice in person as it does in the pics it will be an amazing set! I'll post pics once it comes in.

Oh and BTW anyone considering doing business with Bob, to quote the NIKE franchise, "Just do it!"

Bob is a great guy. In fact after our transaction he refunded me $5 after discovering that shipping was less than he anticipated. That is certainly something he didn't have to do and for what I'm getting he certainly could have kept the $5.

    Great guy, great products!

Years ago, I had a polished Merkur Futur. It was a great razor but it constantly slipped in my hands because it was too smooth. I brought up the idea of knurling the handle. Everyone said that I shouldn't do it and I played it safe and obeyed. Seeing your success, I should've thrown caution to the wind. Very nicely done, Bob.

Yeah, that criss-cross barber pole design is cool, I've got an old NEW that could use replating and a longer custom handle - will be on the to-do list for this year....

    +1

I think Bob stays up at night. I sent an email in the afternoon here(Oz) and he replied within an hour... Seriously, he's good!

I will post pictures of my NEW when I get the handle, so far, very very good!

Are these Bulldog/BullMastiff razors 4 piece where the knob is detactable? Surely they have not been converted to a 2 piece razors? Regardless, they look very nice.

Yes, it a 4 piece razor, the knob is attached with a piece of #10-32 threaded rod. Ifa person wants the knob "Locktite" on then it would be a regular 3 piece razor.
I like the option of changing the knob.
I have exotic wooden tips, Knurled and Fluted.

Again, great work. I was wondering, are you also working some boxes to keep those beauties in a home?
