Yep, I've got a metric handle for my Fatip OC head somewhere on his bench too.

    My condolences Bob.

Bob calls it the 'Bull Progress'.

Yes, there are reviews. Look up Bull Progress in the safety forum.

Excellent modification to a great shaver (I have a Bull Progress Deluxe XL).

Seems like there are quite a few of us ordering handles for fatip heads. I elected for a ambonya burl with fluted knob for my fatip.

Yep, I understand Phil (Bullgoose) went through those Fatips pretty quick.

    Nice choice on the burl.

eta: Could you post a pic when it arrives?

Wow Bob, your products look awesome! I am glad to see that you have taken your passion and skills and applied it to the shaving world! The idea of an all metal knob for the progress is appealing.

    Default handle + stand

Been wanting something from Bob for a while and just received my order for a handle and stand - let's just say it is outstanding work!

Here it is mounted to a Muehle head:

Here it is in the stand - Bob drilled the two sides of the stand (reversible) to accept the bull mastif deluxe on one side and my Muehle handle on the other. I had to provide the diameter of the Muehle handle and it didn't end up fitting quite as cleanly, which I think has to do with the design of the handle (it has two rings/bumps that are larger diameter than the rest of the handle, so it sits a little cocked instead of straight up):

Looks pretty nice in the cabinet too and completely satisfies my desire for an elegant stand that fits compactly in its place (and I have no use for a brush/razor combo stand):

    Thanks Bob - excellent work!

Want everyone to know I no longer have a back log, and order time is back to about 2 weeks.

Here are a couple of razors I sent to Bob for upgrades only he can do. One is a Gillette Single Ring and the other is a Gem Junior Bar. He is truly an artist.
What's a little loss of blood in the big scheme of things?

Wow, that Jr. Bar looks great. I'M getting ready to send a few more of my razors (including the Jr. Bar's) to Bob for the handle upgrades. Alucard what type of wood do you have in those handles?

It is called snakewood and I sent a piece along with the razors. I would get with him first and ask him about it because it sounds like its difficult to work with.

Thanks, will make sure I have his approval on my suggestions for the handle materials. I want to know what my options are for the wooden handles. I want something that is pretty, but holds up well in the damp environment the that razor lives in.

Three shaves in with my NEW short comb Bullmastiff XL from BRW, loving it! Surprise magnet (seems like a rare earth magnet) in the handle ala Red Ring Eclipse is genius! Thanks Bob, great work!
