Boot Insole/inserts

Is there a generally accepted best insert for every day work boots? A good "all around" insert?

I have been reading about Superfeet inserts and they for the most part get really good reviews...I am hoping that some of you guys will chime in and let me know what you think!

Superfeet are great. Started in my hiking boots, got some more for my work boots.
