Default I really wanted one of these!

Well, I couldn't curb my RAD and I really like adjustables. This is no collectors piece I'm sure, but I got it for a bid price of less than $50, which isn't too bad (but not the $38 that someone paid recently).

I really wanted a toggle, though!

I don't know anything about these but I hear they are very nice and that one looks to be. Congratulations.

They should never have created an eBay iPhone app. Much too easy to whip out while at work!

Yes well, there are still a lot of people who would like an iPhone too.

But for whatever reason, dBay has been flooded with Toggles of late.

I have one in transit from one of our superb members, so I just watch them to see where they go. I don't pay attention to condition; I just like watching the market- kind of like watching a boxing match. :wink

Nice score man...keep up the good work.

    Cheers.

OK I gotta ask. What exactly is a toggle? I never knew they existed till I got next to this forum. I'm guessing the toggle does what twisting the bottom knob would do, right! And the shape of the end, is it anything special or just a couple groves to give it some 'charm' or something other than a plain old knob?

However, I've seen them on the bay and yep, if the price was right I'd snag one too in a flash. Nice find and I'm sure you'll enjoy the shaves!

For some reason, I just don't like the looks of the toggle. It is one of the least 'elegant' looking Gillettes, IMO. The only reason I would buy one would be for the collectability value -*(but then again, I haven't shaved with one before. Can't be that much different from a fatboy shave can it?)
