Elements of Grooming:Do they still exist?

Have any of you dealt with Elements of Grooming?
I did place the order for some T and H creams but have not seen anything and they have not returned my emails and not a soul answers the phones.

Hmmmm. I hope this is not going to turn into a sale gone bad.
