    Default FS/FT: Random Stuff

Here's some random stuff For Sale or For Trade:

    1. Tend Skin...4oz.--for razor bumps, ingrown hairs and razor burn-Only used a couple of times(you can see the level in the pic below)--$12 CONUS SOLD!!

    2. Johnston&Murphy Shave Cream...5oz--Unopened--$13 CONUS reduced to $11

    3. Illinois Razor Strop #127--this is a leather/linen dual hanging strop. It has some minor wear on the edges, and some minor scratching that does not deter from its stropping capabilities. Also, the linen has some very minor staining. I recently cleaned the linen, and smoothed out the leather with pumice and Fromm's conditioner. This would make an excellent beginner's strop for someone just getting into Straight Razors.---$25 CONUS SOLD!!!

    4. Vintage/Travel Dopp Grooming Kit--Made in West Germany--Includes a comb, shoe heel(?), mirror, tweezers, nail file, DE Razor, nail brush, and three plastic containers with nice chrome lids. Made of 'Ground Leather.' This is a pretty sweet little kit.---$25 CONUS reduced to $20

    5. JoS.A.Bank Tweed Fedora--This hat is Old School Cool! For you younger cats, tweed is 'IN' right now. Its classy and classic. Unfortunately its a little too big on me. The size is Medium, I'd say about a 7 1/4 in hat sizes.-$22 CONUS reduced to $18

I'm open to trades also. Looking for Institut Karite Shave Soap and ASB...or possibly other soaps and ASB's. Thanks for looking!

Yes, its a nice little kit. Its in pretty perfect condition. I find it cool that it was made in former West Germany. Remember those days?

That's a brilliant hat. It looks more like a Trilby than a true Fedora to my eye, though. I've been looking for a hat similar to that. I'll have to sleep in it and get back to you.

What's the main color of that hat/ what color does it look? I know a lot of tweeds have colors that blend, and from a distance might not look anything like the colors ofthe individual yarns...

I think the picture is pretty accurate, the dominant color being dark grey. Depending on the lighting, different colors come out in the weave. I'd say the most dominant secondary color is the red, but there are also blue and earth tones in it. Its got a lot going on when you look closely! Its a very cool hat and I wish it fit me.

That must be one big hat!

I agree it is sharp. If it was a half inch bigger so that it would fit my melon I'd be all over it.
