Da Bears!!!! Even if everyone in Chicago came down with severe food poisoning, and no one could play but the kicker...the bears would still win, though it would be close.

I have sat through a lot of really embarrasing seasons waiting for them to come back since '86.. Last year was so exciting to just watch them play good for the first time in so long.... This year is amazing! I feel 20 years younger again!

Unbelievable. CHOKE. The official drink of the Arizona Cardinals. Props to da Bears defense, but Grossman nearly threw this one away. I still don't believe this one, but the Bears found a way to win.

One of the most amazing comebacks I've ever seen. Gave up on them after they were down by 14.

If I was a Cardinal fan, I think I'd feel sick to my stomach though.

It's more like the Cards found a way to lose. Don't worry about the fans- AZ is college football territory.

Absolutely amazing game- but i think we have just witnessed a classic meltdown(Coach Dennis Green) that will be mentioned in the same breath as Jim Mora's "Playoffs".

I think Dennis Green decided to take the Cleveland Browns' playbook and use that for the second half.

There is a peculiar mood in the air today in the valley of the sun. It's a confused sense of shock. We all knew they would lose, we had no idea they would do it so spectacularly.

Phoenix is a transient city. Hardly anybody who lives here is from here and those that live here usually don't stay more than a few years. We are the sixth largest metropolitan area in the country and we don't really have much of a personality. That is to say, the city has a very generic feel to it.

We in Glendale have anxiously been awaiting this season as a community rather than as football fans. The new football stadium is next to the new hockey stadium, which is the anchor of a mixed use retail/residential/commercial/entertainment destination called Westgate. It's quite impressive actually. When Glendale stole the hockey stadium from upscale neighbor Scottsdale several years ago it set in motion a chain of events that have brought billions in new development to Glendale and the surrounding cities on the West side of town. 5-10 miles from the stadium builders are still taking orders on luxury homes in what is becoming a truly awful real estate market.

MNF was the first opportunity to showcase the area and we were all looking forward to it. We have the fiesta bowl and the BCS this year, next year's super bowl and the Western Regional NCAA finals in 2009.

The city got nice coverage which is all we were really hoping for. At halftime many of us started to dare to hope for a little more though. We aren't really that bent out of shape, a little disappointed though. A win on MNF against the best team in the league would have been cool.
    Cheers,
    Jeff

That outburst was on par with some of Tommy Lasorda's finest expletive-ridden post game press conferences. Great stuff.

The optimist in me says that the Cardinals have to be a little bit encouraged by...the first 3 quarters.

Also, Dennis Green just fired his offensive coordinator.

I'm really looking forward to the Bears vs. the Pats in November.
