Not wild, not mean, just different.

Tried out my new slant less than an hour after opening the package.

My face apparently has not quite recovered from my "day of williams" and I re-irritated the razor burn from 3 days ago and got a few weepers.
Nothing a cold splash, styptic pencil and some Bay Rum couldn't take care of though.


As for the Slant itself, it was one of Chessmans NOS Merkurs.

Arrived with no cracks (thank you )
A bit of green corrosion, and a few spots where the plating is starting to bubble.
Also there was a bit of metal flashing in the "teeth" of the safety bar.

So when/if the plating starts to go really south, I will have it re-plated.
