Chris: Jerome Williams (aka Junk Yard Dog) formerly of the Raptors had the Executive Chef Brad Long at the ACC get in "real" grits ... Long had to have JYD's mother ship them up, as he couldn't find them locally. (Of course, he needed a pretty sizeable order!) So maybe the health food stores is a good idea, or online sales.

The killer is shipping to Canada, as there's often a 10-pound minimum order - I may have to order some the next time in the US, to save on shipping - as even within the US shipping adds more than $1 per pound if you're ordering 10 pounds of the stuff.

I posted a Grits and Shrimp recipe, in the B&B cookbook part of this forum several days ago, mentioning it was for Deacon. We got to talking about grits in the chat room and I advised him I had this recipe. Try it, might like it.
I like rotor and propeller blades!

The propeller is just a big fan in front of the airplane to keep the pilot cool. Want proof? Make it stop; then watch the pilot break out into a sweat!

Remember when sex was safe and flying was dangerous?

Where is this cookbook of which you speak?

    Nevermind. I found it.
