Good English style pub grub, lots of different beers to choose from, friendly atmosphere, darts, and I can smoke a cigar if I sit outside. I can't ask for anything more.

My favorite bar is Pints Pub in Denver, Colorado. Cask conditioned ale and the largest selection of Single Malt Whisky outside the UK. It's a beautiful thing.
A few months ago one cold morning while I was in Washington D.C. I stopped in at the Old Ebbitt Grill for breakfast. Even though it was 9:00 a.m. the server offered me the wine list. The bar itself in there along with the whole place has a lot of history, read about it in the link.
