    Default Proraso a/s--how much?

I just got my first bottle of Proraso aftershave lotion, and I'm liking it a lot.

How much do you use, and how do you apply it? I know I'm not supposed to use a lot, but how much is too much?

take a nut-size amount, maybe 1/2 tsp, in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together, and than work it into your face.

I really like mine so I'm using it up quite fast. Even if I put quite a large amount on, it all seems to get absorbed into the skin nicely. I want to try the A/S splash too but nowhere in the UK sells it as far as I know.

Since I heard it was being discontinued I just bought a few bottles from Classic Shaving. I'll sell you a new one for what I paid plus the cost of shipping to the UK if you're interested. Let me know. Or Classic Shaving or another website may ship it to you.

Thanks for the offer, actually I've just dropped Lee at leesrazors an email asking to add 2 bottles to the order for a shaving mug that I placed on Friday - so hopefully I'll have a couple on the way soon.

    Tim,

Where did you hear the Proraso A/S Splash was being discontinued? I hope you heard wrong, because it's really nice stuff.

    Regards,
    John

If you're talking about the balm, crema liquida dopobarba, I use a dollop about the size of a dime. As with many things, more in not better.

I"ve read it here numerous times. I can't swear that it's true, but I have seen it over and over again. I'd try a search to track down the specific posts.

I am sorry.... maybe I am being immature, but every time I read this - I can't help but laugh.

I guess it depends where you're shaving.
