Were the English Tech's and Rocket's on par with there U.S. Fathers ???

Definitely, many feel they are better. I know that the Rocket HD I own is one of my favorites.

Jeff is right, many guys feel that the English Gillettes were better made that their American counterparts. I have a model 58 that is an exceptional shaver.

I have both an English and American "Ball End Tech". English one is Aluminium (and too light in my opinion) and American one is normal steel and my favourite shaver at the moment. Any idea why the English ones were always Ali? Or have I just got an travel English shaver?

Not always aluminum, this one is heavy and British

Its something to look out for when you buy one. It looks identical, same case, even the same blades!

Youve got a lot of razors for sale at the moment, is that one "available"?
