On eBay they are always saying the razor has been clean and sanitize. I know why they do it but should I sanitize the razor once a week. I clean mine with Tilex soap scum remover, will that sanitize it?

Sanitizing isn't necessary. Unless you're sharing your razor. Even then, it's probably not necessary. Unless they're people you don't know. Safety razors are not harbingers of death and disease.
Clean your razor initially. Depending on water hardness, etc., you may get more or less build up than others. You can clean it weekly with dish soap and a toothbrush.
However, a good rinse after each shave should do just fine.

used razors (ie: 2nd hand), I clean up and then I give an initial scrub down with bleach spray followed by scrubbing bubbles or lysol. after that, no need to steralize; you're not going to give yourself anything from yourself.
