    I love reading fiction and non-fiction and try to vary my reading list to include classic literature. I would spend weeks backpacking the Appalachian Trail, if time permitted. Hiking and backpacking will always be a love of mine. I have recently taken up disc golf.

    What else should the members of B&B know about you?
    I have a very varied background for my age. I have lived in FL, GA, SC, TN, CT, MI, IL, IA, CA, and HI. Some of that is due to my family; much is due to my nearly decade of active duty Navy experience.

    I am prone to intense bouts of internet research concerning any one of the many trivial curiosities I develop. It is a quirk my wife teases me about, and the one that led me to wetshaving and B&B.

    I feel as though the art of being a man and a gentleman have been all but lost in our current society. Being a man, to me, is an understanding of one's responsibilities and obligations, a devotion to integrity, and is manifested in one's actions and appearance. I don't wish myself to have lived during a different period, however, if I did it would have been during my grandfather's WWII generation. I have immense respect for my elders.
