    Default richwood

    Just won this on the bay wondering if i paid the right money or got rolled pic isnt the best but thought i would take a gamble. the second link im looking for an ID if possible have a feeling it may be a tech but not really sure looks a bit old for one to me

    You did very well.

    If the richwood hasn't the usual crack in the handle, it's a steal. Either way it's still a good buy.

    I think the second is a NEW Ball Handle. Which is better than the more plain Tech.

    The experts will jump on this soon....

    I think you got a good buy on the Richwood - it's a great razor - my New Improved is one of my favorites - and yours seems to be a very nice set!

    I'm thinking the second one is a Gillette Old Style, based on the fact that the razor uses two "bullet" aligners, and not the NEW's single bar. If it's like the one I got for Christmas, it'll have "PAT NOV 15.04" on the handle above the ball. I'd say its at least a couple of decades older than 1950's.
