So here is a question for some of our DSLR owners to think about. I have a Canon Digital Rebel, bought it used and have had it about a year. Several weeks ago I put the battery in the charger and walked away from it. Came back several hours later, took the battery out of the charger and put it in the camera and nothing happend. I put the other battery in the charger and watched the charger light to see if it was charged or not. It blinked in the patern that suggests to me that it needed charged and so I walked away. Put that battery in the camera and got nothing. So, two batteries no action. I have always found that the batteries seemed to not hold much of a charge and always felt I needed to buy a new one. I put both of the batteries on the charger another time and both blinked as if they needed a charge. I kept an eye on the battery charger and it never stopped blinking like it needed a charge until it stopped blinking as if it were charged, and still no reaction from the camera. One battery is older then the other. So, do you think it is the battery charger or that both batteries went completely bust at the same time or that the camera is toast?
