FT or FS: C&E / EJ Super Badger Brush
I have had this brush for 2 weeks and it is just too big for me. I love my Shavemac 23mm knot with 50mm loft and thought a bigger brush would be better for me, but it's not. I get cream in my ears and up my nose with this big fella, so I would like to trade it away. I should also mention that it has a hefty handle, and will be perfect for someone who likes a big brush.
Here is what it looked like brand new pre-bloom.
I don't have a camera ATM, but bloomed it looks JUST LIKE this EJ, which is the exact same brush knot, but not the same handle.
In any case, I can take a pic with my cell phone and email it to anyone who wants to see it. I paid $85 for it, but know they are on sale now for $68, so lets make that the value for this trade.
I will consider offers of any combination of the following:
a smaller silver-tip brush in a Rooney 1/1 (I can add a few bucks if needed)
Vulfix 2235 or 2235B,
Edwin Jagger in Small Super Badger
Kent (BK4), or
Shavemac Silver-tip or finest 18mm to 23mm knot, maybe the SMF Group Buy in 20mm...(I can add a few dollars if needed)
Any two shave cream pots, preferably from the 3 T's, or AOS or DR Harris
(1) NEW Castle Forbes Limes, or
(1) Near NEW Aqua Di Parma Shave cream pot.
I'm not a big Sandalwood or Lemon fan, though.
39C - Barber-pole Slant plus something else
38C - Barber-pole plus something else
Parker 89R, 71R or 91R plus something else..I know these run around $20, so maybe with a 3T's pot, I dunno...make an offer
Small Moss or Dirty-bird Scuttle
Muehle Apothecary mug in Black plus something else?
Make an offer... Anything that adds up to close to $68 will be considered so send me a PM, you never know what will pique my interest. Although I am in the market for a smaller brush, all offers will be considered. Or I will sell it outright for $60 shipped CONUS, but I would rather trade something for it...
Thanks for looking!
