I'm not in the "I'm going to reuse this tea tomorrow camp" yet, but I had a Xiaguan tuo that was still putting out long after my bladder burst. I've made this recipe for years, but this was the first time I used pu'er, to excellent effect, I might add.

Hard boil some eggs. Easy so far.
Let them cool.
Crack the eggs all over but do not peel them.
Brew up some tea- aim for dark and strong- in a small pot. Here's where the old sheng came into play.
Return the eggs to the pot and let steep. They can stay for hours.
Remove shells, et voila.
I added szechuan peppercorns, clove, star anise, a cinammon stick, fennel seed, and a bit of dark soy to the pot, but it's really an anything goes recipe.
Yours may look even better than this pic- not hard at all.
