Just destroyed a Derby blade in one shave!

But at least I know I can shave more than just my face with these things now.

Plus I found out what '1' is for on my Fatboy.

And damn, no itching or severe irritation that usually lasts for a week and a half under my arms? O_O

Safety razors are versatily. They're better than 'modern' cartridge razors which suck because they do clog up.

I noticed that too. I keep having tons of hair/lather in these when I shave, but they still cut. If the hair gets in the way the blade chops it in half and happily goes along >

I had a lot of excess hair to go through. I made like a dozen passes on what was still full bodied hair o_x

Derbys are good and inexpensive.. if I made one of my Feathers dull in one session I'd be crying.

Don't the Gillette Swedes cost about a dollar per too?

Not where I live, they charge £1.69 for five, which works out at 30 or so pennies per blade, meaning 60 cents or so in American money.
