That is an AG Russell small Skorpion. A relatively new acquisition that I really wanted to like - great size and weight. But, it is my second one (first one blade centering was WAY off - something that doesnt usually bother me but it was bad and inhibited opening) and was difficult to open. The second one I received looked and functions well - but I have gotten some surface rust on the 8cr13mov steel blade after very little use. Kind of disappointing for a $65 knife.
I liked A.G.'s knives better when they were made in the U.S & Japan.
