FS- Merkur 38C/WTB or WTT for Merkur 39C

There's two parts to this so please take it all in.

I'm in the market for a Merkur 39C and want to offload my Merkur 38C in the process. The Merkur 38C is in excellent condition. Has been lightly used and is just not doing the trick. Will be hit with a shot of scrubbing bubbles before mailing. I'm proposing two options:

1) I'm willing to sell it for $30 shipped CONUS or would be willing to trade my 38C for your 39C straight up.

2) If I can't work out out a trade and just sell my 38C, if there is anyone willing to sell me a 39C between $30 and $35 shipped CONUS, let me know.
