Default My Simpsons CH1 Best instructions...

Just been reading the instructions for my Simpsons CH1 Best, it says "The brush is sterilized & is ready for use, so do not soak in hot or cold water. " Does that mean EVER or just for first few uses?. Seems odd considering everyone says soak your brush before shaving???. And that a mild soap should be used?. Does that mean to shave with or to clean it?.

Also says do not press the hairs of the brush onto the face but to use it lightly. Only the tips of the hairs penetrates and works up the lather. But doesnt Mantic press on on his videos to work the lather more?.

    Thanks again

Folks soak their brushes in hot water (not boiling, touchable by your hand) and employ firm scrubbing, swirling motions against their face and lather bowl regularly. These brushes stand up to that kind of handling for years. Will this prevent you from being able to hand the brush down to one of your grandchildren? Maybe, but live for day and enjoy your brush without worrying about it.
    Cheers, Dave
