Confused About Merkur HD

Is the Merkur HD featured in the review below simply called an HD or does it have numbers?

I'm asking because I'd like to buy it, but when I search for Merkur HD it comes up with ones that have numbers (EX 38C).

Can someone direct me to a place I can buy it. Amazon is out.

The number designation for the Merkur HD, as per the review, is 34C. The "C" means chrome, and the 34G is simply the gold-plated version of the same razor. Try the shopping links, as there are many online shops that sell these very popular razors. And, Welcome to B&B!

Yes the 38c is the longer, heavier version of the hd. You can find it at classic shaving, vintage blade, lees razors, etc.
