    Unhappy New forum version

    Nick,

When you create a new thread, all the buttons seem to be turned off (formatting, smilies, quotes, hyperlinks, etc.). Nothing happens when I press any of them.

    Scotto,

Go to a non B&B site (like google), then (assuming you're using IE) click on "Tools" then "Internet Options" then "Delete Files" then hit OK, and OK again. Then close all your browser windows, and reopen IE. Then come back to B&B and give it a shot.

This should do the trick, please let me know one way or the other once you've tried it.

    Thumbs up

I use Firefox. I went to Tools/Options/Privacy and cleared the cache. After re-opening Firefox, it works now. Thanks.

Glad to be of service Scotto. I have a feeling you won't be the only one that has this issue.

    Do you have an example?

I know that the vB software has a feature to rate threads. Is that what you're referring to?

I forget where I saw it but it was a car forum. I think it was something like Ebay where right next to the username is the number of feedbacks. It was in the classified section. I'll see if I can find it.

Nick, I think I found it. I was searching supraforums.com and I came across it. It's called "Trader Rating." It's underneath the post count of each member. Here is the link.
