I've got a cat named Beefeater and a dog named Beefeater, and two goldfish called Beefeater and Beefeater. There's Beefeater my hamster and Beefeater my horse, and my piglet, known as Beefeater of course.

All I'm finding is that they're referred to as the King's Own Hussars and they were a cavalry regiment that served for about three centuries before joining the 7th Hussars to form the Queen's Own Hussars.
I don't know if I'm on the right track or not, but I do know that I wouldn't be good at playing charades in the Ouch household.
