I get Personna DE blades at Wal-Mart for $1.54 a ten pack. The first time I saw DE blades in the Personna dispenser pack I thought it was a larger blade because the package is blade shaped and the blades are staggered making the package wider. After dispensing a blade to the right the next blade dispenses to the left. The used blades go into a slot on the back for safe disposal. Also each blade is ready to load with no paper wrapper to remove.

Everyone has their personal preferences on blades. I think the Personna is a good choice for local purchase.

I have seen personnas at Target, Wal-Mart, CVS, Eckard, and Walgreens. Usually they are stuck in an inconspicuous place by the mach 3 blades and aftershaves and whatnot. Usually the Cutlery or Knife Stores in Malls carry DE blades as well, that is where you can pick up some Merkurs or something other than Personnas.
