ATTENTION - Irisch Moos Seekers

Hey B&B'ers. When it rains it pours around B&B and things happen pretty fast and you gotta keep your eyes open.

While Chad and Oskar have been working to bring this hard-to-find soap to the US for some lucky members to experience (and their efforts are much-appreciated ), the Mods have been working behind-the-scenes, knocking on every door to see if we could locate this soap.

Well, it may have finally paid off. We have a commitment from overseas to procure 100 sticks of Irisch Moos shaving soap. They are 3.5 oz (100 grams) so they are pretty big.

Initially, we must see if we have enough interest to procure 100 sticks. The cost of each stick will be $13.99 plus shipping (1st Class) and handling (including paypal fees, packaging etc.) will come to about $17.50 delivered to your door in the US. Of course, if you order more sticks, than the cost of shipping may vary if an alternative method of shipping is utilized.

John (letterk) at West Coast Shaving has agreed to accept delivery of this shipment and would handle the US distribution to our members. If we have enough interest to sell 98 sticks ( I'm ordering two ) than we can send our paypal/credit card payment to John at WCS and he can purchase the shipment of Irisch Moos.

So from the intial post put up by Stauff on September 24, 2008 we may have finally located the elusive Irisch Moos shave soap.

If you are committed to get in on this group buy, then post your interest in this thread and how many you are committed to buy. (We will start with a limit of 2 per member until we can gauge the total interest generated). We are trying to get an accurate count of how many people are actually interested and how many sticks will actually be sold.

Time is of the essence as the overseas distributor has asked that we let them know by Sunday night if we want to procure this shipment. (No pressure )

If within the next several days we see that we will meet this quota, then everyone who has committed will be asked to submit payment to John at WCS.

So, I'll get the ball rolling and say that I am in for 2 sticks of Irisch Moos.
