Earliest date on a Gillette Slim Adjustable

I have a G-4 dated Slim Adjustable, which I think is the earliest date for that model.

Anyone have a G-3 or earlier?

I'm going to bump this up again. If nobody replies then I think that the wiki section on slims should start production at G-4. Not my call, though.

I do believe the G4 is the first run for the Slim. I also have a G4 Slim and a G3 FB.

I have a G3 Gold Slim Adjustable. What does that mean?

Just checked my spreadsheet, then my box 'o razors to confirm. Yep -- I've got a G3 slim (in silver, not the Gold aristocrat version).

Well, I'll have to stand corrected on that. Looks like the G-3's have it.

G-2 anyone?

Last chance if you have a G-2! Otherwise it looks like G-3 is the earliest date.

I've seen a G-3 Slim, as well.

I've got a G2 Slim Adjustable Aristocrat, as well as a G2 Fatboy.
Interesting I thought.

Not sure if the normal slim srted in G2, but the Aristocrat certainly did.

That's interesting. Looks like the Aristocrat is gumming up the project. Oh well, ask a simple question and things get complicated pretty quickly. Now we need to find a G-2 nickel plated Slim. Maybe there's one out there somewhere.
