Aftershaves in Italy?

My parents are going to Italy in a couple weeks, specifically Venice, Florence, Chinque Terra. Has anyone looked for shaving supplies over there?

I would like them to pick up some after shave for me. Does anyone know what is typically available in Italy? To find traditional supplies will they need to go to a old style shop, or can they find them in any drug store?

I assume Proraso is available. I would like them to look for Musgo Real or Tabac, but neither of those are Italian brands. I wonder if they can pick up some Arko soap. Are there some other brands that they should look for?

"Prep" is an old Italian brand of shaving products that should be widely available there. Also, other European brands should be available, like "Pitralon" (Swiss), and "Floid" (I think it's Spanish, but they make an "Italian Style" aftershave).

I recommended Italian Floid earlier today for a Gent travelling to Italy:

And the gent picked some Floid up and is enjoying it! Thanks for the recommendation. I haven't seen the other aftershaves mentioned in this thread.

Anything from Santa Maria Novella. Same formula for hundreds of years. A bit of a learning curve to usage, but you'll be rewarded with exceptional quality. Stuff is very expensive here.

Italy is always good. Good food, nice people, good weather. But it's always nice to go home, too.

Does anyone have a good source for US residents to acquire the Swiss Pitralon and Floid aftershaves?

Of the brands mentioned in this thread, I've only seen Proraso, Prep, Floid, and Acqua di Parma, at least here in Torino. I think I've also seen Tabac. But I looked unsuccessfully for Swiss Pitralon and Musgo Real.

Here in Italy Proraso is baseline supermarket stuff,if you pay more than 2 euro for the 150ml soap bowl or cream tube you are being screwed (or walked in the wrong shop,avoid seeking proraso at "profumerie" ).
The after shaves are around 5 euro a bottle (the alcoholic splash is a bit more expensive than crema liquida) and the pre post jar is around 3,50 Euro.
Floid after shave (the brown/yellow coloured that i have seen in almost any barber shop i was) costs around 12 euro for the 400ml bottle

I hear the Proraso splash has been discontinued, is this so?
