Decent scotch and gin for me

I'd like to expand my knowledge of blended scotches, since it pretty much starts and ends with J&B with me, and i enjoy reading about single malts, so... they'd be my two picks.

Gin & Tonic with a twist of lime! Good enough for a cologne! LOL!

No alcohol-water for me, please (okay, maybe gin...and tequila can be pretty interesting, too - but noooooooo vodka!...New-make corn whiskey could be good, and maybe some cachaca if you really want to stretch it - but noooooo vodka!....I've been known to savor some herbal liqueurs, like Amaro and Cynar - but nooooooo vodka!)

Bourbon and Tequila for me. Throw in some Scotch and maybe Armagnac or Rum.

NO GIN OR VODKA! Yuck.

Gin and scotch. I haven't had much in the realm of scotch and wouldn't mind experiencing something new (if funds permit).

I'm usually the first in line on the whisk(e)y train but I'm going to vote for Armagnac because I feel it is tragically under appreciated.
