Here's what I have for the moment.

For the drugstores, your best bet is Pharmaprix (especially those formerly known as Racine).

They have:
Nivea
Proraso green Tub and cream
Real Shaving
Florena (still with the old package, 09/2008)
Cromwell & Cruthers oil
Omega Brushes

Most other drugstores only keep William's soaps and Wilkinson Swords soap and brush.

Right in the heart of the Old Quebec, nice place. If you are a tourist you'll get around anyway.They have almost everything Proraso make, except for the travel soap and the "styptic gel"

There is indeed (I just learned it):

Esprit Nouveau

(also in the old Quebec, not far from Moisan).



I must admit I never went to that store, I'm not rich enough for the moment.

UPDATE:

I went to Aliments de santé Laurier. I was looking for witch hazel (wich they have), and also saw Proraso products and Kiss my face shaving creams. (same building than Body Shop)

I also went to Holt Renfrew (same building than C&E), and they don't keep Art of Shaving products.

I found a few drugstores in the 2 marts mentionned above, they keep proraso with the perfumes and Tabac (unfortunately no soap, the seller didn't even knew the were making soap).
