Help Identifying Brush

Hi everyone. I am new to the forums and am learning a lot. I am a newb with all things wetshaving. I've been using an electric for the past 8-9 years. Anyway, I just won this brush on ebay and I just wondered if any of you might know anything about it. It says Rooney, badger and bristle (boar). If you get in touch with Rooney, they may be willing to re-bristle it in 100% badger, since it's their brush.
