Merkur 1904 vs Merkur Classic (not HD)

I know they share the same head, but what are the pros and cons of both?/What makes them different?

I can't speak for the classic, but the 1904 has a hexagonal handle with a lovely pattern on it. The handle is very short, and I find it doesn't offer as good of a grip as, say, a standard round rough gillette handle. It offers a good shave, and other than being a bit short and a few grip issues, I have no major problems with my 1904.

I have a 1904 but the handle is really not very good except for being prettier than most handles.
